My Story So Far
Hi, and welcome to the eLearning Brewery —
a space dedicated to sharing insights and resources with fellow developers.
From Face-to-Face Training to Online Learning
I am passionate about learning and technology, with over 20 years of experience in the learning industry. My journey began in the 1990s when I was tasked with training store personnel and staff. Writing and delivering those training sessions sparked a deep passion for helping others to learn, which eventually led me to a position as a vocational teacher.
Over time, I transitioned into eLearning development, where I’ve had the opportunity to create hundreds of hours of eLearning content and manage various training and eLearning projects. For the past 12 years, I have been self-employed as a freelance eLearning developer and trainer, continuing to pursue my passion for innovative and impactful learning solutions.
There is no One-Size-Fits-All
When was the last time you ordered a beer? You were probably faced with a variety of options, each offering its own unique flavor, color, and experience. While the basics of a brewing process are mostly the same, the ingredients differ, creating a distinct product for each occasion.
Although creating learning solutions is a totally different topic, there is a kind of similarity. In our daily work, we follow a certain process and carefully pick the right ‘ingredients’ to tailor each solution to the specific needs of our learners, delivering a learning experience as unique as the people we serve.
With this site, I share the things I’ve learned along the way to help you enhance your skills and create ‘better’ learning experiences. Whether you’re looking for self-paced learning, useful templates, or tools to make content creation easier, my aim is to make the process smoother and more approachable. I’d love to help you continue growing and improve the quality of your online learning projects.
